Privacy Policy

When you submit a pilot request through this Site, we collect your full name, work email address, the KiWow product you are interested in, and the content of your message. Providing your organization is optional.

Please do not submit confidential, proprietary or regulated information through this form. A pilot request is an initial business inquiry, not a technical disclosure channel.

We do not collect payment information, government identification, or sensitive personal data through this Site.

We also record which page the request was submitted from, the language version of the Site you were using, and any campaign parameters present in the link you arrived through.

We do not deploy cookies, web beacons, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels on this Site. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar third-party tracking services.

Typefaces used on this Site are served from our own infrastructure. Loading a page does not send a request to a third-party font provider.

Standard server logs may capture your IP address and browser type as part of normal web server operation. This data is not used for profiling or marketing.

Information submitted through the pilot request form is used solely to respond to your request, to evaluate whether a KiWow Guard or KiWow OS pilot is a fit for your environment, and to contact you regarding next steps.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or marketing without your explicit consent.

Pilot requests are stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase, Inc. (supabase.com), a U.S.-based infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is restricted by database-level authorization policies to authorized KeyWow personnel.

Transactional email is delivered by Resend, Inc., a U.S.-based email infrastructure provider. Your email address is used to notify our team of your request and to reply to you directly. This Site does not send you an automated confirmation message.

Pilot requests are also transferred to KeyWow Global LLC's internal customer relationship management system, which is operated by KeyWow and hosted on U.S.-based infrastructure.

We retain pilot request data for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share information only: (a) with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, namely Supabase for database hosting and Resend for email delivery; (b) when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; or (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of KeyWow, our users, or the public.

California residents. Under the CCPA you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion of your personal information, to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

European visitors. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including access to your data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure of your data, restriction of processing, and data portability. Our lawful basis for processing pilot request submissions is legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

This Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

This Site links to keywowglobal.com and may link to other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
